To become a student at
TUMI-LA, each applicant must submit a recommendation from his/her pastor
or church leader. If the applicant is a pastor, then a recommendation
must be submitted from his/her pastoral supervisor. This pastoral
recommendation is given serious attention; therefore, we request that
this form be completed carefully, candidly, and returned in a sealed
envelope to our TUMI-LA offices.
Please download and completely fill-out the appropriate application form and follow mailing instructions below:

If you would like to drop off your application at our TUMI-LA office,
you may do so any time between the hours of 9am-5pm (M-F). Our offices
are located at: 1977 S. Vermont Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90007.
(2) If you are submitting your application by mail, please print out application and mail it to:
