John Price holds a BA
degree in English Literature from Los Angeles Baptist College and an MA in
Cross Cultural Communication from Wheaton Graduate School. John and his wife
Linda served as missionaries with the Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM) for
twelve years. They served in Irian Jaya, Indonesia, where they were involved
with Bible translation, church development and Bible School teaching. Two of
their four children were born in Indonesia.Before joining staff with World Impact, John was active in ministry to
the homeless in Portland, Oregon and taught in adult Bible studies.John is currently a Lecturer in Computer Science at Cal State University Channel Islands.He is excited to be a part of
TUMI, trusting in the Lord that he will be used to train a new generation of
leaders for the urban church.
